How long with my order take to arrive?

As a general guide (please note business hours/days only):
Metro deliveries: same day to 24 hours.
Regional deliveries: 1 to 2 days
Remote areas: Up to 5 days.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, unless out of stock.

How are payment processed?

We accept Debit/Credit card payments which all go via our secure Westpac Payment Gateway.

What happens if I’ve ordered the wrong product?

I can get the same product cheaper elsewhere, will you beat it?

Send us an email with a link to said product and we will try to match or beat it! Please keep in mind postage costs, location and items all play a factor into price matching.

I want to do a bulk order, do you discounts?

Discounting is on a case by case basis and we require knowledge of your exact needs before giving a quote. Contact us with product names, quantities and shipping location and we’ll get you a great price!

Shipping

Shipping to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, will be charged a small delivery fee, which will depend on the weight, dimensions and value of the goods.
For deliveries outside the main metropolitan areas please contact us for a delivery quotation. When you checkout, and before you confirm your order and pay, shipping costs will be clearly displayed. All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, unless out of stock.

Delivery is only within Australia and we use various couriers for all items. We strive to use the most efficient and reliable courier for your particular area rather than a one size fits all solution. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. As a general guide deliveries to will take 1 to 2 days whilst it could take up to 5 days for more remote areas.
Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. We understand that at times this would be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. The best addresses are where someone is home between 8am and 5pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred.

Returns

To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an Anditech RMA number, which is valid for fourteen days. When posting the cartridges back to us, the RMA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address), or goods will be returned upon arrival.

Cancellation of Orders

To ensure high levels of productivity and customer service, our ordering system is set up to immediately dispatch your order from our suppliers warehouse. This speedy process means there is little time to cancel an order from point of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, call us immediately so we can attempt to interrupt the order. If too much time has passed, the products may have already been shipped. If this is the case, we can follow the procedure of a refund, however the customer just post goods returned to us and postage costs will not be covered by Anditech Multiservices Pty Ltd.

Incorrectly ordered goods

If you are not sure if the product you have ordered is the correct one, please contact us immediately.
As a rule we do not give credits for incorrectly ordered goods where the goods are over 30 days old from the invoice date.
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in “as new” condition otherwise credit will be rejected.
Items must be packaged in their original product box. We are unable to credit any returns without the original undamaged product box. Please use a different box for shipping so the original box is not marked with courier stickers, tape, tags or packing labels.
All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Anditech will incur a 10% restocking fee.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to Anditech and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with “receiver to pay” will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.

Faulty goods

There are many occasions where the products are found not to be faulty. Please ensure you have performed a comprehensive inspection before returning any goods to us.
As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 90 days old from the invoice date.
Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
There is a manufacturers’ prerequisite that product returns must have a printed page from the product in question returned with the product. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these.
If the product has been open or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
All products packages must be sealed and secured to ensure they are not damaged or get lost in transit.
Once we have received the products, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.
